What is ServerVault’s FCAP?

ServerVault’s Federally Compliant Application Platform, or FCAP provides an integrated set of managed services that address the infrastructure elements “below” the application layer – specifically, the facility, network, servers, storage/data elements of a hosted solution.

These elements are managed in full compliance with a superset of Federal Agency standards (see figure at right) to include FISMA, DITSCAP/DIACAP, OMB mandates, Presidential Directives, and other Agency-specific requirements and are supported on a 24x7x365 basis in a manner that couples best practices for operations with proven certified and accredited delivery.

FCAP is exceptionally focused in its delivery discipline. With FCAP, ServerVault has instrumented and regimented all aspects of this offering to be relevant and complaint with Federal Agency requirements including:

• Our Facility - SCIF-compliant, fully-redundant, and ultra-secure
• Our Personnel – All U.S. Citizens, minimum DoD-Secret equivalent background check, all cleared or clearable
• Our Tools & Technology – All infrastructure (equipment and software) is vetted against the superset of compliance measures to ensure full operational and accredit-able delivery
• Our Policies & Procedures – Comprised to satisfy the required compliance standards for DoD, DHS, and Federal Civilian Agencies

These include requirements from the program executive officers, security officers, audit and compliance officers, project managers, and the end user stakeholders.
