ServerVault™ Facilities and Network

ServerVault owns and operates the first commercial, Internet-capable data center built to stringent Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) standards set by the Department of Defense (DOD) and National Security Agency (NSA).

ServerVault's facilities are a cut above commercial-grade, appealing to organizations with critical applications and data that simply cannot be put at risk by lapses in physical or procedural security. Our track record is flawless in these areas.

Facilities:

With concentric rings of security, biometric access points, armed guards, and Lampertz vaults, ServerVault is confident in the physical security of its data center. In order to provide the highest reliability and stability, ServerVault’s data center has fully redundant, high-density power systems. The data center’s HVAC systems are also fully redundant, with three roof-mounted 102-ton chillers and multiple Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) units in each vault.

• Guard station is manned 24x7x365.
• Site perimeter is secured with an eight-foot wrought iron fence and guarded entrance gate.
• Pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) surveillance cameras monitor inside and outside areas
• Upon entering the building, visitors must pass through a metal detector and have any carried items (purses, briefcases, tote bags, etc.) inspected by the guards.
• Biometric authentication is required for employees to enter the employee area of the building.
• Lampertz Vaults protect critical equipment from fire, moisture, smoke, water, and electromagnetic pulses. Refer to www.lampertz.com for more information.
• Power and data lines entering facility are encased in armored conduit, extending physical security of critical infrastructure beyond vaulted areas.
